As the Senior Partner of PDS Group, Lee has had extensive experience developing sales and
account management processes, competitive sales strategies, and strategic
learning systems.
Lee has used his organizational development consulting talents to assist many companies through complex and painful change. Before founding PDS in 1987, his career included Vice President and Sales Management roles in financial services organizations. He directed and implemented sales programs, product and market development, coaching and compensation activities, and training and development of personnel.
Lee and PDS in general, focus on the practical application of processes and tools which create alignment between all of those saddled with improving corporate conditions. Lee also specializes in coaching to competency development and delivering revenue results. Contact
Nick's focus is about impacting bottom-line results
through changing customer-facing behavior and aiding client learning processes
to increase their competitive advantage. Over the last 20 years, and as a Senior Consultant with PDS Group, Nick has led multidisciplinary projects in retail,
logistics and complex sales performance improvement. The focus throughout
has been to illuminate the links between behavior change and performance,
that lead to corporate and personal growth.
He was co-founder of the Professional and Financial Services Division of Huthwaite Research Group. During this time he led sales productivity, training and research projects in UK insurance companies, such as Abbey National, Friends Provident, and Prudential Insurance. Contact
In addition to developing and supporting PDS Group's technology tools and administering the AlEx™ database, Terry advises clients on business fundamentals, practical governance and risk management, strategic planning, process evaluation and development, internal control, and organizational and personal performance.
He is a former Internal Audit Manager and Auditor, business owner, management and technology consultant, Certified Internal Auditor, and Certified Systems Professional. Terry holds a Master of Science degree in Business Administration and has over thirty years of experience in policy and strategy development; business systems analysis; forms and methods analysis; records management projects, compliance and risk-based auditing, controls consulting; and project management.
Terry has conducted dozens of audits and studies resulting in significant operating improvements, coordinated creation and publication of corporate philosophy and mission statements, and over 350 policies and procedures on subjects ranging from retail operations and human resources to accounting and information systems security. Linda has more than 25 years experience as a senior
management consultant, instructional designer and adult educator. She
specializes in organizational behavior design, implementation and assessments
to improve sales and marketing and related customer-focused functions
of large organizations. Linda holds a Doctorate in Educational Administration,
a Masters Degree in Adult and Community Education, and another Masters
in Psychology. She has published her work on tools and processes that
assist organizational restructuring efforts centered on results-oriented
decision-making, performance assessments, and change management. Contact
Beth specializes in education systems development design and evaluation. She has over 20 years experience in education systems (university, K-12, public, private, charter, corporation), and has conducted and supervised research with administration, staff, students, families, and environments. She holds a Ph.D. in curriculum and Instruction (focus: Special Education) from Indiana University, and a Masters and Bachelors Degree in Education.
