Joe is a management and organizational development consultant. He helps clients sharpen strategic focus, advance competitive distinction, and improve organizational performance. He designs and delivers a wide array of learning programs and services, along with assessment and decision support tools, which help clients strengthen managerial leadership, optimize their business model, and improve overall performance.
Joe has served as director of research and consulting services for Kelley Executive Partners, a division of Indiana University 's Advanced Research and Technology Institute. He spent 25 years with a number of Fortune 500 and 1000 companies in a variety of roles in the learning and organizational development area, and held senior and regional management positions in sales, sales support, marketing, and operations.
Joe serves on the international committee for Reason in Practice, a UK based organization dedicated to advancing the practice of business management. A strategic executive consultant, Jane Martin has 30 years demonstrated experience in the development of both private and public organizations and their people. She is a recognized subject matter expert in the areas of strategic planning and systems analysis. A certified examiner in Malcolm Baldridge criteria, she has helped numerous organizations realize significant improvements in operational performance, business development, recruiting and retention and client satisfaction.
Jane’s expertise also encompasses the more personal aspects of organization effectiveness to include: leadership development, performance management and succession planning. Her training programs and workshops have been delivered worldwide across all populations in both classroom and technical delivery.
Most noteworthy is Jane’s ability to connect and understand the needs of people at all levels of an organization. A Retired Colonel from the Air Force Reserve Command, Jane has personally designed, staffed and deployed critical worldwide initiatives for both the Reserve and active duty components of the Air Force and the Department of Defense. Her senior command experience has contributed significantly to her role as an advisor to both public and private senior leaders. She is highly regarded for both her business acumen and focus on delivering measurable, relevant outcomes.
Jane holds advanced degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Organization Development. She has lent her expertise to the development and deployment of major initiatives within the Federal Quality Institute, the President’s Council on Quality and the Center for Creative Leadership. Ray Plamondon – Ray owns a private lending financial services company and a medical sales company. He has extensive experience in business and project management, management of sales organizations and people, creation and implementation of strategic programs and presenting and teaching sales related initiatives.
Ray began his career as a teacher and moved to a more dynamic sales environment to become a manager early in his career. As a business manager, he was able to initiate, guide and manage many projects over his 20 years in the medical industry.

Having attained successful results in the areas of engineering design, research, information systems, people resource management, performance process development and improvement, Okke Surjana has helped organizations, teams and professionals thrive in the midst of challenges presented by changes in technology. Okke began to recognize that alignment of expectations is key to a successful organization since the 1990’s when he was manager of an information system group. Jacquelyn has extensive consulting expertise in organizational learning, performance
strategies, competency assessment, sales performance, and CRM learning
implementation. During the past nine years Jacquelyn has designed and
implemented learning strategies, project managed learning implementations,
integrated behavioural and technical learning, facilitated and coached
executives and sales organizations in the private and public sectors.
Her professional assignments have included work with BPP Consulting in London, England as Director of Human Resources, and for Digital Equipment in Corporate Sales Training and Sales Account Management, during which time she received awards for her sales performance and ability to integrate business channel relationships.

Leslie Bobrowsky - A talent development and organizational consultant based in New York, Leslie has over 20 years experience designing and delivering tailored educational solutions. Leslie focuses on communication skills—oral and written, sales training, managing performance, and off-site facilitation. She works with groups and individuals.

Recent speaking topics include developing professional style, improving staff performance, and “Why Presentations Don’t Work.” Leslie writes and edits client marketing material and has written articles for consulting industry periodicals. Her education includes an AB in mathematics and an MA in adult education.
