Nick
Anderson - Nick's focus is about impacting bottom-line results
through changing customer-facing behavior and aiding client learning processes
to increase their competitive advantage.
Over the last 20 years, and as a Senior Consultant with PDS Group, Nick has led multidisciplinary projects in retail,
logistics and complex sales performance improvement. The focus throughout
has been to illuminate the links between behavior change and performance,
that lead to corporate and personal growth.
He was co-founder of the Professional and Financial Services Division
of Huthwaite Research Group. During this time he led sales productivity,
training and research projects in UK insurance companies, such as Abbey National, Friends
Provident, and Prudential
Insurance.
