Dan Jordon - Dan has 23 years of experience ranging from financial services, manufacturing to the pharmaceutical industry. His focus is helping clients to become more effective, by leveraging his finance, sales and marketing skills to improve sales force effectiveness, and marketing program's ROI.

As sales director for IMS Health Canada , Dan worked with PDS to implement account planning, soft skills, coaching and development programs to increase sales team effectiveness. This resulted in the best quarterly revenue performance in the firm's history.

Subsequently, Dan's consulting has focused on his major pharmaceutical clients in Canada developing benchmarking metrics, customer segmentation, sales force sizing, and resource allocation guidelines to help clients optimize their efforts. Complimentary to this work is helping organizations maximize the use of information in the sales process to increase sales representative effectiveness.

Dan has worked for IMS Health, Sun Life, PACCAR (Kenworth), Consolidated Bathurst, and the Auditor General of Canada . He has a Bachelor of Commerce, an MBA and is also a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
